General

We deliver our online services (such as our workshops or masterclasses) on a business to business (B2B) basis.

When you purchases our online services, you agree to do so as a business, rather than a consumer.

This is because our online services are designed for:

  • Professional and business development

  • Individuals acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly inside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession

For reference, the definition of ‘consumer’ in the Consumer Contracts Regulations is an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession.

Your rights when buying our online services

We agree that when you purchase our online services:

  • They will correspond with the description

We also agree that we will:

  • Carry out our online services with reasonable care and skill

  • Do so on the advertised date

  • Do so for the advertised charge

How to cancel

To cancel a course booking, you must inform us, either by:

  • Contacting us by phone

  • E-mailing us

  • Writing to us

You must clearly state your intention to cancel the booking. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

See below for details on the cancellation period.

How to get a refund

If you change your mind about the online service

If you change your mind about a course you purchased online or at a distance, you have 14 days from entering into the service contract in which you can cancel it.

As the course provider, we won’t provide the service before the 14-day cancellation period has ended, unless:

  • You’ve requested this

  • Booked on last minute or

  • The online course is already open for you to start

If your course starts within the 14-day period

In this instance, you will still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that was provided to you up to the point you cancel.

If you buy an online course and then change your mind within the 14-day time period, we will refund you minus a charge and card processing fees.

The charge is an admin fee of 15% of the total course value before any discounts.

If the course is provided in full within 14 days

You lose the right to cancel during the cancellation period if the service is provided in full before the 14 days elapses.

If the course isn’t what you expected

If you start your course and you find that it doesn’t match the description you were given or the teaching isn’t of satisfactory quality, please contact us directly so that we can resolve your issue.

As the course provider, we agree to do the following:

  • Perform the service with reasonable care and skill

  • Make sure information that's been given to you about the course - written or spoken - is binding where you’ve relied on it to make your decision

If you believe you were mis-sold the course you booked

If you believe you’ve been mis-sold a course over the phone, over email or online, please contact us directly so that we can resolve your issue.
