In 2024 Emily Hadley, founder of Emuplops, an online Gallerist and Wildings Studio started The Friday Club for creatives and businesses. A space for casual conversations, making friends and stepping out of the studio and away from small screens.

The Friday Club is a relaxed, inspiring meetup for design-led creatives.
Our meet-up is a warm, friendly social event for those in South Devon and beyond . Totnes is on the mainline to Bristol and London and people join us from all over the South West!
At the meet up you can expect a friendly welcome and then it’s over to you to get to know other friendly faces. Grab a coffee or tea at The Curator Coffee a few doors down and stay as long as you like. There is an excellent weekly market up the road on a Friday plus lots of independent shops within a stone’s throw.

The Friday Club brings together South Devon’s creative and curious minds. It’s a colourful, characterful morning designed to help you meet new people, swap ideas, find collaborators and leave feeling brighter than when you arrived.

Love Frankie is a handmade to order statement lampshades creative lighting and interiors store .

Love Fankie’s has a movable access ramp to the main entrance to give those with mobility needs access to the ground floor area. The ramp will be out on the day.
We meet upstairs and sadly, there is not a lift. -
The event is run at break even so that we can cover the costs of hiring the room and any refreshments we serve.
We're not running it as a commercial endeavour - the value is in the building of business contacts and opportunities that arise from them!
Any money left over after expenses is reinvested into future events.
